Cool oom for rent in Nydalen

Hi, I will move out by the end of April.

I am looking for a tidy and sociable person who can move in on April 30th.

There are 2 +1 roommates, an Italian, a Polish, and a French (moving in on 29th), we share the kitchen, bathroom, and the living room. You will have your own room.

An Italian guy named Andy is so sociable and friendly, he is familiar with the fashion industry.

A Polish guy named Alex is a quiet yet nice guy; he likes playing video games in his room.

All of us are tidy, and no partying. We are an adult group who like to have a clean and pleasant home. We clean our dishes, and pile up the plates after cleaning. We occasionally clean our living room, bathroom, toilet, and kitchen.

We are looking for a person who;

- No pets/ No smoking/ No partying
- Must be age 18-27
- Tidy, and sociable

The apartment is fully equipped with appliances (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, stove and refrigerator w/ freezer). The rent all included is 7000 kr.

The location is very centrally located in Nydalen ( close to the city centre). It takes 25 minutes to get to the Oslo City Centre by tram.

It only takes a few minutes to walk to most of the necessary amenities such as shops, cafes and restaurants (kiwi is 50m far). Public transport is also very convenient, and both buses and trams have stops within a few minutes.

The room is filled with bright sunshine, so you can enjoy the sunshine on the balcony!
The bed is 120 cm × 205 cm wide

Each one takes care of their own, either in the form of being a student or in a regular job situation.
