Perfect for Exchange Students – Furnished Room near NTNU (Lerkendal)

I am going on exchange this autumn, so my room is available to rent during this period. The room is part of a modern shared apartment owned by SiT (Student Welfare Organisation in Trondheim), ideally located near NTNU at Lerkendal – perfect for an exchange student staying for the autumn semester.

The apartment is located in a relatively new building on the 5th floor (with elevator) and offers a good standard throughout. You will share with five other students in a well-organized and social living environment. The apartment offers spacious common areas and a well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, and you will share one bathroom with one other person, ensuring a comfortable and practical daily routine.

The room is fully furnished and ready for move-in. The rental period is fixed from July/August (flexible start) until December, and the room is rented for the full period only.

Monthly rent is NOK 6385, equal to the current SiT rent (no markup).

This is an ideal option for an exchange student looking for a comfortable, central, and hassle-free place to live in Trondheim. Close to both NTNU Gløshaugen, and Trondheim city centre.
