Hi!

I am Nicole (34) and I am looking for a new roommate to our collective at Adamstuen, from 4th of May (possibility for taking over from 15th). Ideally, I would like to find a woman between 28 and 38 who works and/or studies, for staying long-term (at least 1 year). This is a quiet collective, clean, tidy and organized in the common areas, and we do not party, so I would rather find someone that also is happy this way.

In total, we are three girls living together, but as both of my roomates are moving out soon, it is me the only one who is staying. There is going to be a second room available later in June 😊

Here, we are all lucky and have big and luminous rooms. The room that is liberating in May consists actually of two small rooms and a balcony (to share in summer months only when you are not home). As you see in the pictures, the smallest room(6m2) works good as a sleeping room, and fits also a double bed, while the bigger room (9m2) has good space for a sofa and table or desk. So you would have these two rooms, while the other two roomates have one big room each.

About me, Nicole:

I come originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, but I have already been in Norway for 7 years and speak English and Norwegian in addition to Spanish. I have a background in Architecture and Fine Arts from Buenos Aires and I am studying Printmaking at KHiO while working at Åpent Bakeri and as bike tur guide on the side. In my free time, I like going to galleries, walks, museums, sauna, to the movies, and making food, among other stuff:)

Life in the collective:

I think it is nice to share a cup of tea or coffee in the kitchen, or maybe a dinner every once in a while, but I also appreciate and respect each other's space and privacy.

The neighbourhood is central but quiet and residential at the same time, so it’s a nice spot to live at. The room renting out has been painted recently, but the kitchen and bathroom haven’t been renovated in a while, so I thought it was important to mention in case this is relevant for you. However, everything works and it’s a cozy place to live at😊

The ideal date to move in is from 5th of May, so you should pay the rent for May by end of April. In addition to it, we split the electricity each month and it is about 300kr per person in the summer and around 800kr during wintertime.

Visningsinformasjon

I will be hosting visnings in the evening (around 17-18) on the 7, 8, 9 and 10 of April, so it would be great if you can write in your application if any of these works for you, or suggest something else :)

Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
