Room for rent in a beautiful loft apartment in Grünerløkka

I am looking for someone to take over my room and join my lovely flatmates Sean and Mael (30 yo) in our beautiful loft apartment in Grünerløkka. The room is available from mid September.

The apartment is spread over two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find the kitchen, living room, bathroom and my bedroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, one of which is currently occupied by Sean, while the other one by Mael. From the second floor, you also have access to a large shared rooftop terrace with plenty of space to enjoy the sun and the views.

We are an international household, and we’re looking for someone around our age who is friendly and social and enjoys having a nice atmosphere at home. English is our common language. As for the basics, we’re looking for someone clean, tidy and respectful of the shared spaces.

The room itself is around 20 m², spacious and furnished, with a charming sloped ceiling, 8 windows and a beautiful view over the Akerselva. It gets plenty of natural light and has a unique loft feel.

The rent is 11,800 NOK/month.
Deposit guarantee: 160kr/Month
