Room with fjord-view

My room with a great view on the fjord an international collective at Munkeboten will be free from 16. April. The room (ca. 7.5 m^2) is in a nice, big apartment in a great location and with an amazing view also from the living room and private terrace. There are currently 6 roommates in their mid/late 20s -30s who study and work.

Some of the roommates like to do sth together once in a while and some prefer to keep more to them themselves - both works and is welcome here.
Ideally you have experience with shared housing and you should be willing to contribute to keeping the house clean and tidy since it easily becomes messy with 7 people living together.

The apartment:
1st floor: dining + living room with access to terrace, semi-open kitchen, bigger bathroom, 2 bedrooms
2nd floor: 5 bedrooms (1 available), smaller bathroom, tiny balcony

Location:
Good connections to the center and Åsane (each ca. 10min), as well as to UiB and HVL. Bus stops Munkebotn and Gamle Bergen ca. 10 min walk, NHH ca. 15-20 min walk, grocery stores Extra and Joker (open Sundays) within a 15 min walk, and hiking trails starting just 2 min walk behind the house.

The rent is 6000 kr per month + 500 kr for electricity.

Viktig informasjon om strømavtale ved kontraktsinngåelse
Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
