A large 2-roms apartment in Ilsvika is rented long-term from August 15th

The apartment is on the ground floor with a handicap accessible entrance, includes free parking and has a large private balcony with a stunning uninterrupted fjord and city view with year round sunrises and aurora viewing opportunities.
The large industrially styled kitchen is outfitted with integrated appliances, tons of counterspace ample storage, and rustic wood and brick walls.
The stue and kitchen are open concept, divided by a peninsula with bartop seating. This main room has a hot/cold pump to maintain your constant temperature as well as a wood burning stove for making cold days feel extra warm and cozy.
The bad has radiant heating, an open shower, and more of the rustic exposed brickwork.
Shared laundry machines are available in the basement of the main building and storage space is available for any of your recreational equipment, seasonal furniture/decor, etc.
The apartment is currently furnished, but can also be rented unfurnished.

A bus stop with direct bus access to the city center is <100m away and the Ilsvika bike path is directly on your doorstep for a 10min bike ride to brattøra, midtbyen and St Olavs hospital or 15min to NTNU Gløshaugen and solsiden.
Groceries, cafes, and all other services are available in central Ilsvika, a lovely 10min walk along the coastal path

The apartment also features great access to hiking in bymarka from a trailhead 250m away at Kyllingdal. Ski paths in winter are just a short bus ride or drive away at Trolla and Fagerlia. More summer recreation spaces for excellent sunning, skateboarding, fjord swimming, and fishing are only 100m away at killingdalparken.

Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
