Designed for comfort, convenience, and understated luxury, the apartment accommodates up to four guests and features a serene separate bedroom with a plush double bed. House Rules & Important Information
If you intend to host a gathering or event, prior approval must be obtained. Failure to notify us in advance will result in a fine of NOK 6,000.

Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The full cost of repair or replacement will be charged accordingly. Damage assessments may be processed through Airbnb, and additional action may be taken if necessary.

Keys must be returned to the lockbox upon check-out. Failure to return the keys, or loss of keys, will result in a replacement fee of NOK 6,000.

Guests are required to comply with local noise regulations and respect neighboring residents. Excessive noise after 02:00 that disturbs neighbors may result in a warning. Continued disturbances may lead to eviction without refund.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted only on the balcony. Violation of this policy will result in a fine of NOK 6,000.

Parking & Cleaning Fees
Parking is available on-site and must be reserved in advance. The rate is NOK 1,000 per night.
A cleaning fee of NOK 1,000 applies and is payable at the time of booking.

Pets
Pets are allowed, but a pet fee of NOK 1,000 must be paid as a result of the additional work necessary to clean the apartment for the next guests.
