Our roommate is moving out after finishing her bachelor’s degree, so a lovely room in our beautiful lakehouse collective by Årungen is available for sublet beginning of March until summer 2026 💛

- 45 min walk to Ås center/25 minute bike ride
- 4 bedrooms

- 12 sqm
- Furnished with a bed, desk, and closet
- You will share one of the bathrooms with one other person

Who lives here?
Currently, the house is home to two PhD students and one recently graduated master’s student who works on campus. We’re an international and friendly household looking for someone who is open-minded, down-to-earth, considerate of shared spaces, and enjoys the outdoors. We are social and often having friends over for cozy dinners and outdoor activities but we do not host parties and we enjoy our alone time to recharge. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature that offers ice skating, swimming, hiking and in the spring time we have cows as our neighbors. We are active supporters of the food-sharing project and our fridge is usually filled with various foods from food-sharing pickups and dumpster diving but almost never meat. Two of us are vegetarian/vegan and one eats meat occasionally, however we would prefer someone who doesn’t eat meat (often) 🌱

💰 Rent:
- 4000 NOK/month (electricity not included)
* Electricity is normally between 100-400 NOK/month

📅 Availability:
The room is available from beginning of March until summer 2026 and potentially longer. Viktig informasjon om strømavtale ved kontraktsinngåelse
Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
