Do you want to share an apartment with me?

I am looking for a clean, tidy, and responsible adult. I'm renting this apartment the last five years. It's a two-bedroom apartment and my flatmate is moving out 1st of April (possibility of moving in one week earlier if needed).

The Apartment & Your Room

Space: Large living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, bathroom with a washing machine, and a balcony.

Your Room: Fully furnished with a bed (120×200) and two wardrobes (one with shelves 50×230 and one with hanging space (60×210).

Natural Light: The entire apartment is very sunny and welcoming.

4-minute walk to Thune bus stop.

7-minute walk to Skøyen Station

About Me

I am Xenia, a Greek woman in my 40s. I am an easy-going and social person, but I also deeply respect privacy and personal space. I value a peaceful, clean, and respectful living environment.

Extra: Electricity (approximately 400 NOK per person).

Duration: Preferably long-term, but short-term is negotiable.

Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
