I am moving abroad for work and looking for someone responsible and friendly to take over my room in this nice apartment.

About the apartment:
- Large shared apartment on the 5th floor
- 5 bedrooms total
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Spacious
- Bathroom and separate toilet
- Washing machine
- Internet included

The apartment has high ceilings. Located in a classic Oslo building and has a very comfortable and homely atmosphere.

About the room:
- Quiet and spacious bedroom
- Good size with space for bed, desk, and wardrobe
Furniture can be purchased from the current tenant if desired, including bed, desk, storage, and other essentials. This makes moving in very easy and convenient.

Location:
Sofies plass is an amazing location:
- 2 min walk to St. Hanshaugen park
- 5–10 min to city centre
- Excellent public transport connections (bus and tram nearby)
- Grocery stores, cafés, gyms, and everything you need within walking distance
Perfect for students or young professionals.

About the roommates:
You will share the apartment with friendly, respectful young professionals & a student. Everyone has their own routines, and the apartment has a calm and respectful atmosphere.
