Top Tøyen Pad with Sunny Terrace☀️ Bills included

We’re on the hunt for a flatmate to join our top-floor pad in buzzing Tøyen – with our sweet cockapoo Olympia as part of the deal! 🐶❤️ She’s a gentle, allergy-friendly bundle of joy who is both mad for mountain hikes and sofa cuddles.

Massive sunny terrace (23sqm). Sunlight all day keeping your Vitamin D topped up. Very central, all bills included – just 250m to the T-bane (all the lines go through it) Botanisk Hage and Tøyen torg. A little village in itself. The room’s has a 120cm bed, built in wardrobe, and bookshelf. Apartment has a brand new AI fridge, and a spanking new bathroom upgrade. 🛏️🚿 Upgrading the terrace for spring is the next plan.

Who are we? Helene, 31, Norwegian from Sel, Gudbrandalen, sommelier and GM at Vin Bjørvika with a thirst for travelling and new experiences. Simon 32, Brit cultural omnivore with a love of languages – fluent French & Spanish, getting there with Norwegian.

We are sociable creatures who’ve thrived in shared houses but can also chill out.

Flat life. We love running from Barry’s to the mountains, bingeing high and low brow series, and impromptu wine tastings 🍷Helene is into knitting🧶, cross-country skiing ⛷️, and board games; Simon likes creative cooking: international food. Let’s call it fusion.

Cordially invited to family dinners. Typical week includes: running groups, drip coffee Hakone, saunas, parkruns, art galleries.
