Welcome to Tromsø's nicest shared flat :)

NOTE: We are interested in both short and long term renters!
The room is available pretty soon, but don't hestitate to contact us if you need a place a little while into the future also, as it might very well be the situation that someone will stay short term for a while and the room then will be available from a later date.

About the apartment:
- 4 bedrooms
- large living room + a balcony
- 118 kvm
- common areas for the house with table tennis room, sauna, fitness room, bicycle shed, storage space and storage space for skis
- 1 bathroom with toilet + 1 separate toilet
- rooms are furnished, but it's possible to change furniture, if you'd prefer that
- possibility for parking a car (for residents only)

About the location
- right by the ski trail and Prestvannet (lake)
- 3 minutes away from a bus stop (Prestvannet) with several bus lines, going directly to the city centre, the airport and Kvaløya + during rush hour to UiT
- short distance to everything
- walk to the city center within approx. 17 minutes (faster if you are short on time ;)), possibility to walk/cycle/ski to UiT via the light trail, bus to the center takes approx. 3 minutes
- right next to a store (Coop Extra Elverhøy)
- quiet street

Who lives in the shared flat?
Linn Thea (29) studied Russian language and literature at UiT and is currently trying to freelance as a translator while also working shifts in the kitchen at ViGØR and as a substitute teacher. She sings in a choir (and will practice at home sometimes!), loves poetry and movies - and will dabble in constructing languages from time to time.

Leonie (27) is an engineering student in her last semester who loves nature, outdoor activities and good food.

Hanh (27) graduated last year in May in Master of Language Acquisition and Multilingualism. She is currently looking for jobs related to her field, and working in a bakery at the moment. In her free time, she loves gathering with her friends, having bonfires, playing board games and Nintendo switch. She also loves cooking and is learning how to bake (if she has the time).

Veera (23) studies environmental science and is doing an internship at UiT. In her free time she likes circus and reading.

Veera is sadly moving out in March, and that is why we are looking for someone new to join us!

Right now, most of the inhabitants in the flat are vegans, but being vegan is no requirement to live here as long as we can have mutual respect for each others' values.

There is a cleaning plan for the common area, in your room you can be as messy as you want ;) And maybe you’re up for a board game evening once in a while? At the same time everyone has the opportunity to have time for themselves.

Viktig informasjon om strømavtale ved kontraktsinngåelse
Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
