We’re excited to share that we’re looking for a new person to move into a beautiful, centrally located home in Skøyen.

The property faces the ocean and has an amazing view. With large windows throughout, there’s plenty of natural light all day. The home is 115 m² with 3 bedrooms and a spacious living room, perfect for relaxed evenings and social gatherings.

This apartment spans an entire floor with high ceilings and plenty of natural light, situated on the second floor of a detached house. The home is furnished but designed as a "blank canvas," giving tenants the freedom to personalize the space. The building has undergone a full renovation in recent years, including an upgrade to balanced ventilation.

You’ll be sharing the space with two women, both around 30, who care about keeping the home tidy, organized and warm. We’re looking for someone in a similar stage of life, ideally aged 25-35, with a stable income and who treats their home with care and respect.

I’m the one moving out, and I’m genuinely sad to leave. I’ve lived here for almost two years and absolutely loved it. The landlords live downstairs and are truly kind, easy-going people.

The location in Skøyen feels incredibly central, no matter where you’re going. I usually take the bus to my office in Lysaker, about 15 minutes door to door. On nice days, I walk along the coast instead, which takes about 30 minutes and is a really beautiful commute.

The home is just a few minutes away from Karenslyst Allé, Flytoget, bus stops, fitness centers, and shops. It's a 10-minute bike ride to Paradisbukta or the beach at Bygdøy.

There are so many good things to say about this place, but I’ll leave the rest for when we meet.
