Room in 2-person apartment 82m2 at Majorstuen

I’m looking for a new flatmate for a room in a large apartment (82 m²) close to Majorstuen. The apartment is for two people, and I’m looking to fill the second bedroom. Even though it’s only a 5min walk from the T-bane station, the neighbourhood is actually very quiet. Moving in date is flexible, the room is already empty.

The apartment is big and bright, with a spacious living room, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony. There’s also a storage room in the apartment and a basement compartment. It’s fully furnished and everything is in very good condition. There’s a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in the apartment. The room comes furnished with a bed and a closet.

The landlady is very nice and always quick to help if anything comes up. Internet is included in the rent.

I’m a 29-year-old woman from Switzerland and have been living in Oslo for almost four years. I speak Norwegian as well (but my written Norwegian has its limits). 

I am social and active, in summer I spend a lot of time playing beach volleyball. I enjoy inviting friends over for dinners or games, or to have some quiet time reading, knitting or cooking. I work fulltime as an engineer. 

I am looking for someone around my age who is clean, uncomplicated and considerate in shared spaces. It would be lovely to spend some time together at home (having an occasional dinner, watching a movie?), but I also like having my space to relax.

Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
