Large room avaiable in spacious shared collective

Room in large shared apartment for rent to a responsible and sociable person .

The apartment has a total of 3 bedrooms for rent (+ 1 shared guest room), its centrally located with good bus connections, walking distance to the city center, and offers a beautiful view of Tromsdalen. At the moment it is the biggest room that is available and you can choose if you'd like to rent the guest room as well as an office space or leave it as a shared guest room. As of now we have it as a guest room and its mostly unused, but nice if we have friends or relatives on visit.

We share household chores and have a routine for that, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Our good friend Stina is moving out from lovely Tromsø. So now the apartment will be shared with Felix from France, works full-time, and also plays ice-hockey for Tromsø ishockeyklubb, travels quite a bit, and is generally busy but social. And also with me, Christian, south-american/norwegian, I work with surgery nursing and work innovation at operation theathres. I will be working on a project for the next two years at the UNN hospital here and when I have time avaiable I like unwinding with my hobbies if I have time left for it. We have both lived alone and in shared housing for many years. The social aspect is not a big deal, we are quite busy so we would prefer someone that can be social but most importantly has an understanding of doing their part in a shared space. We have a big balcony and we plan to have some nice barbecues eventually. Friends are welcome. Your friends are our friends.
