Room for rent at Pilestred park

Hi 🙂
My roommates decided they wanted to take the next step in their lives and move out. As a result, two bedrooms in the apartment I'm renting are looking for new tenants from 1 April 🙂 (might be possible to start moving in a little earlier)
(You could start moving in the Hems or small room even from the evening of 1 Mars but the contract we will sign with the Landlord will be from 1 April as this is official date of the end of the contract for girls that are moving out)

Location
Pilestredet Park 21 is a particularly attractive and popular location in the center of Oslo. Several grocery stores within 150 meters. There are several nice cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Short distance to Karl Johans gate, Nationaltheatret, Slottsparken, St. Hanshaugen park etc. Good public transport with bus from Ullevålsveien and St. Olavs plass, tram from Holbergs plass and Tullinløkka, all metro lines from Nationaltheatret and Stortinget, train and airport train from Nationaltheatret.

The apartment has 4 rooms in total - living room together with kitchen from where stair's lead to first bedroom/hems (ca.15m2) and two more bedrooms 🙂
The apartment has central heating and the cost of it together with cost for hot water are included in the rent, thanks to which our power bills are super low (ca. 150kr per person a month for most of the year 🙂 )

The rent for biggest room (23 m2) is 11 000kr for one person or 15 000kr for two 🙂
Rent for the second bedroom (ca. 12 m2) is 8000kr
and "hems" can be rented for 7000kr

I will let new tenant's make decision which room they want, and then together we will sign new contract with the company that I've been renting this apartment from for the past year for one more year (or longer) 🙂

The apartment is almost fully furnished by me so all you will need is a suitcase with your things :)
My name is Mariusz, I'm from Poland and been living in Oslo for over a decade now. For the past 12 years I've been working mostly as a stage technician for different venues and festivals around Oslo (mostly Spectrum, Sentrum Scene, Rockefeller and Unity (Telenor) Arena ) :) from time to time I work also as a Butler for British Ambassador :) I'm a dedicated "problem solver"/ "handyman" :D and get along with people really well :) In my spare time I love to go out dancing, play board games (we have a few of them in our place :) ) and do other activities :)

Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
