Cozy room in shared apartment

Hi, are you looking for a cozy central room in Bergen? We are two friendly girls searching for a easy-going roommate from the start of October!

Bigna is 27 years old from Switzerland and just started her PhD in ecology here in Bergen. She enjoys baking and cooking, spending time outdoors and always has some creative project ongoing (knitting, sewing ect.) Ingvild is 30 years old, Norwegian, has finished her studies and is currently on the hunt for a job. She likes to chill at home and enjoys watching movies and knitting in her free time. Both know English and Norwegian, so either one works! Ideally we are looking for someone relaxed, tidy and friendly to rent out the third spare room either long-term or short-term.

The house has a fully furnished living room with separate kitchen, a big covered balcony, modern bathroom, and extra basement storage for skis, suitcases etc. The apartment is ideally located right in the heart of Kronstad, a minute away from both Bybanen lines, Kiwi supermarket, the gym and pharmacy! For students it's close to HVL and Haukeland hospital.

The available room is about 2 meters wide, and 4 meters long. It comes fully furnished. With a full sized bed that's 140cm/200cm, a big closet, a desk, desk lamp and chair, a night stand and mirror. I can even leave the screen monitor if there is an interest in it. There is a small fee for the furnishings, but I'm quite flexible and we can work out the details together.

Ideally we are looking for some one who can move in at the start of the month in October. But there is a possibility to move in slightly earlier or later if this is needed :)

Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
