25 m2 apartment

The 25 m² apartment is located on the ground floor at Frode Rinnans veg 82 at Moholt. It has a combined living room and kitchen, a separate bedroom, and a separate bathroom. The bathroom was renovated in 2025. There is floor heating in all rooms and good ventilation/air quality.

It is situated 2 km from both Campus Gløshaugen and Campus Dragvoll (about a 30-minute walk or 10-minute bike ride), and 3 km from the city centre. On weekdays, the main bus (metro line 3) runs every 5–10 minutes to all three destinations.

The apartment is partly furnished with:
• Bed (120 cm)
• Sofa
• Dining table with 4 chairs (only 2 shown on pictures)
• Combined fridge/freezer
• Electric cooktop (2 burners)
• Oven (small – Tristar OV-3635)
• Microwave
• Coffee machine
• Washing machine
• TV (with TV box)
• Internet (fiber)
• Fire extinguisher
• Smoke detector
• Drying rack
• Vacuum cleaner and basic cleaning supplies
• Basic kitchen utensils (pots, plates, cutlery, etc.)

If needed (100 NOK per month, up to maximum 2000 NOK):

The appartment has not:
• Dishwasher

The rent is NOK 10,500 per month, that includes up to NOK 500 per month in electricity (this should be sufficient for normal use). The apartment has its own electricity meter. 3 month deposit is in addition, and we can open a deposit account with Handelsbanken

The main entrance is shared with the main house, but the apartment has its own private, lockable door.

We are a Norwegian family of four, with both adults working as researchers and the children attending kindergarten.

A standard rental contract from Huseierne (The National Federation of House Owners) is used, and can be renewed on an annual basis. You can terminate the rental with two months’ notice

Pets and smoking is not allowed.
