Affordable room in a flat share in central Oslo! 01.02.26 - 15.09.26. Late move-in possible!
Would you like to join our chill and friendly flat share in the heart of Oslo?
After three great years living in this awesome flat, I’m moving out to move in with my girlfriend. At the same time, one of our flatmates is currently studying abroad and will return on 15 September, which means her room will be available for sublet from 1 February (earliest) to 15 September. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can move in between 1 February and 1 March and stay until mid-September.
The room is 8 sq m, and the rent is NOK 6000 per month, bills included. The flat itself is bright and spacious, with a big kitchen and living room, as well as a hallway and two bathrooms. The living room has four sofas, a stereo, a TV, and even a piano (though it might need some tuning!).
Our collective is a mix of young working professionals and postgraduate students, with an even split of women and men. We’re also a very international bunch, currently represented by Norwegian, Greek, German, Italian, Danish, and Scottish nationalities. While we all have different hobbies and schedules, we enjoy very much hanging out together or chatting in the living room. At the same time, we respect each other’s space and the need for peace and quiet. We also like to keep things tidy, and since we’re eight people, we find a cleaning rota very helpful.

Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en
annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
