I am looking for a female roommate for a furnished room in a house located in Espeland. It is a great location for both car owners (parking included) and those using public transport (only a 10-minute walk to the bus stop). What I offer:

Option 1: Price: 6000 kr per month.

Included in rent: Electricity, high-speed internet, and a parking spot.

EV Charging: Possible to charge an electric car for an additional fee.

The Space: A 12 m² private room in a spacious 100 m² house. The house is fully equipped and furnished.

Option 2: Spacious Attic Room (Perfect for a Couple) Price: 10 000 kr per month.

The Space: A large, 25 m² furnished room located in the attic.
