Hi!
I am moving out in February. The apartment is a two-bedroom apartment. The room is about 16m² and will be available from February 1. The common area is furnished, and the bedrooms are unfurnished. The apartment consists of an entrance hall with ample cupboard and shoe shelf space, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Then we have a cozy kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, kitchen utensils, table, and chairs. Bathroom with sink, toilet, shower, and cupboard. An extra storage room with good shelf space and a freezer. Parts of the garden area are available to us, offering afternoon and evening sun, as well as a fantastic view. It is possible to lock in bicycle/ski equipment, etc., in the garage, which we share with the owner, and there is plenty of space for car parking.

Electricity and water are included in the price.

The distance to NMBU is 2km. It is only 750 meters to the train station and 17 minutes by train to Oslo.

It is possible to take over the bed (140cm with a thick mattress topper), mirror, wardrobe, microwave and blackout curtains for 2000 NOK. Please write a brief description of yourself and indicate whether you would like to take over the furniture in the bedroom.

Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
