This is a quiet, shared home where three people live. The intention is to offer something a bit different from a typical shared flat—more like a peaceful place to stay and recharge, rather than a social living space. Many people appreciate having a calm environment to come home to after a full day.

The atmosphere is low-key, respectful, and quiet, and tends to suit people who enjoy their own space, or who have an interest in things like yoga, meditation, or simply a slower pace at home.

Shared areas (living room, kitchen, balcony) are kept for simple, everyday use, and not for hosting or social gatherings. The room is for one person, and overnight guests are not part of the setup.

Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00, to make sure everyone can rest well.

Some home office use is of course fine, but the apartment works best for those who are out for most of the day, and it’s not ideal for full-time remote work with frequent or late calls.
