Cosy room in sunny 80m2 apartment, available for December only

I'm renting out my room for the month of December. I can be a little bit flexible with dates.

The apartment is shared with one other person, my good friend Mateu (29) – a scientist from Barcelona, who likes to cook, read at home, and do lots of activities outside. We're looking for a calm, respectful, friendly person to stay in the room, and would like to know something about you and your interests so we can choose a person who would fit in well, even though it's short term.

The apartment is very bright and sunny, with a south facing corner living room with three windows looking over Sørli plass, a quiet square where people sit with their children by the fountain. The living room is very spacious, with plants, books, nice furniture and a cosy fireplace. The bedroom is relatively small (11m2), but has two wardrobes, a chest of drawers, a double bed with a brand new mattress, and an armchair. There is a spacious, well equipped kitchen and one bathroom.

The apartment is very well located – just a few minutes walk from Tøyen t-bane, Tøyen torg with Rema 1000 and Kiwi, and the Botanical Gardens. 10 minutes walk away is Grønland with restaurants and great grocery stores.
