Room in a shared apartment close to NTNU Gløshaugen

A room of approximately 10 m² is available for rent in Nardo. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared. There are four bedrooms in total.

If desired, the tenancy contract can be extended.

The dormitories are located on the first floor with a window facing the garden in a detached house that was completely renovated in 2019/2020.
Available from 01/01/2026.

The dormitories are furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk with a chair, a desk lamp, and a drying rack.
Washing machine in the bathroom.
Fully equipped kitchen with an integrated dishwasher and a combined fridge and freezer.
Microwave, induction hob, and oven.
Large hallway with an extra freezer and a wardrobe with plenty of space for clothes and equipment for 4 people.
The dormitory section has a separate entrance.

From the house, there is a short walk to the bus stop — a 4-minute walk to buses 11 and 22, with departures approximately every 10 minutes. The latter passes NTNU Gløshaugen, which is also within walking and cycling distance (approx. 20 minutes walk).
Short distance to shops — Kiwi Nardobakken and Nardocenteret are approximately 10 10-minute walk away. Here you will also find a hairdresser, pharmacy, restaurant, bakery, and solarium.
If you like to exercise, the TrenHer fitness center is only a 5-minute walk away, and the Impulse training center is at Kiwi.
It is also within cycling distance to NTNU Dragvoll if you like cycling (approximately 4km). The city center is a 30–40 minute walk away, and bicycles/buses take approximately 10 minutes.

Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
