Room in spacious shared apartment at Lade (1 roommate)

The room is fully furnished in a 2-bedroom
apartment in modern and bustling suburb of Lade. Apartment is 74m2 with a large balcony and lots of sunlight. Apartment was built in Dec 2023 - all appliances and fixtures are brand new and modern.



The room is 8 m2 and comes with a bed, desk, office chair, nightstand and wardrobe. The desk has plenty of room for a 2-monitor setup, and I can leave my monitors if desired. Bed is 140x200cm. There’s additional wardrobe space in the hallway just outside the room.



Room is available from 01.05.2026



Short walk to public transport with great connections. Next-door to one of Trondheim's biggest shopping centres, City Lade and just a short bike ride to the city centre. Excellent bus connections. 

Next to beautiful nature, with Ladestien, Korsvika and Ringve right next door.



Kitchen has all you need. Fridge, oven, dishwasher and all appliances included. 

Bathroom has a combined washer/dryer. Electricity, heating and internet is included in the rent. 



We are two PhD students living here, but one is going abroad for a research stay and would like to sublet her room. You will be sharing the common areas with the other: 
About me: I am a 32 year old male Australian PhD student at NTNU/Øya. I enjoy both social gatherings and chill nights in binging TV shows. I speak English, Slovenian and some Norwegian.
