This is a comfortable and bright apartment just steps from Nordmarka, giving you easy access to hundreds of kilometers of hiking and skiing trails. The apartment is also close to the Ammerud T-bane station, which has a direct line to UiO Blindern campus and downtown Oslo.
The apartment is a section of a larger house in a cozy Oslo neighborhood. It has its own private entrance and is well-insulated from the main house. The apartment is fully furnished and has an entryway with coat rack and shoe storage, floor heating in every room, a washing machine, dishwasher, well-stocked kitchen, home gym equipment, and comfortable living, dining, and sleeping areas. It is perfect for a single person or couple.
Internet, electricity (up to 2000 nok/month), and a parking place with a charging station are all included.
The rental dates are very flexible between the end of December 2025 and the end of July 2026.
I am a 30-year-old clinical psychology student at UiO and will be studying abroad for the spring semester and most of the summer. The apartment is generally clean and in good condition.
