Looking for roommate in shared flat! Starting now for short or long term

Hi there, We are looking for a third roommate!

A bit of info about the room:
- furnished: bed, nigh stand, closets, desk and chair
- lots of storage space
- window facing quiet inner area
- roomsize: 10 squared meters
- one shared bathroom (washing machine + dryer) , well equipped kitchen (dishwasher + oven), big living room
- big storage in the basement
- rent price 11000 NOK (excluding electricity bills)
- available from now, both short term and long term possibilities
- short term: between now and end of December
- long term: starting in January with a minimum rent period of 6 months

A little bit about ourselves:
We both moved to Norway this year. You will be living with Kim (female, 25 years old, from the Netherlands, just finished master’s degree, loves to cook, crafty nights, skiing, go out camping, loves to drink cocktails and a good glass of wine and enjoys cozy evenings with friends) and Andrea (male, 26 years old, from Italy, working, loves pasta, likes sports (especially basketball), skiing and to hang out and go for hikes with friends)

We are looking for someone who is social, has good good energy and is tidy. (minimum age of 22)
