About the flatshare:
This is a newly renovated(2024) student house where you have your own private room, share a bathroom with one other tenant, and share the common area with six other students. The room is fully furnished, it comes with a large bed, 200×180 cm (bed linen included), a wardrobe, chair, and desk. All essential kitchen equipment is provided. The rent includes electricity, heating, water, and internet, but not laundry. The walls are very well soundproofed, so you won’t be disturbed by noise from neighbors or traffic. If there are issues with the accommodation there is always as janitor at hand.

Location:
The flatshare is a 10-minute walk from NTNU Gløshaugen Campus and a 15-minute bus ride to NTNU Dragvoll Campus. The main bus stop connecting all routes is only 30 meters from the house. The city center is 3 minutes away by bus or a 15-minute walk. Studentersamfundet is just across the street, offering a wide range of exciting events and activities for students. If you like hiking or skiing then it's just a 20 min bussride away.

Additional information:
The laundry room is located in the basement of Singsakerbakken 2C (the Lucas block), and has a small service fee of ca. 23kr per wash, however the dryer is free of charge. It is possible to move in as early as mid-December, and the room is available for rent until the end of July.
If your shoe size is 45 (EU) it's also possible to borrow my ski equipment :) . At the moment there is a bit of constructionwork on the neighboring building but it's not creating any notable disturbances.
