Cute room next to Campus Gløshaugen

My room at Campus Living 360 studentby will be available from 01. Of January to 31. Of July 2026 for the Spring Semester.
It is fully furnished and has its own bathroom. The kitchen is shared with 6 other students, there is everything in the kitchen needed, even a dishwasher.
It’s the room at the start of the corridor, so it’s really quiet (can’t hear anything from the kitchen in here) and with looks on the trees in front of Gløshaugen.

I am looking for someone to take over my contract, since I am moving back after my semester abroad. I am not renting out this space myself, it’s part of the student living.

- additional furniture you can have if you want: bookshelf and nightstand, mandatory mattress protector (all newly bought this summer)
- rent per month: 8150kr + 470kr (electricity and heating), so total of 8620kr
- contract would be between you and the student housing company, so fully safe contract like every else

If you want to move in together with a friend, my next door roommate is also looking for someone to take over his contract - just let me know!
This studentby is a great place to live, directly next to NTNU Gløshaugen and it also provides a roof terrace with great views and many more amazing things.
