Hello!
I'm moving out of my cozy room in Frogner this November and am looking for someone suitable to take over.

ABOUT THE PEOPLE:
The room is in an international, all-female, queer friendly collective. You will share the flat with three women in their late twenties who work and study. The flat is looking for someone in the same age group and life situation. We love to hang out and have good conversations, but at the same time value each other's need for alone time, which is perfect for those who appreciate a combination of community and privacy under one roof. We also respect that others may need to get up early for work or school and will lower the noise level if it's bothersome, and we're not afraid to communicate if something is bothering us to resolve conflicts in the best possible way (even though this happens very rarely).

ABOUT THE ROOM:
The room is situated away from the street and offers a beautiful view of the communal garden. You can wake up to a scenic, green view, which has been my main highlight in the morning, and I bet you'll experience the same! If you enjoy reading with a view, the wide windowsill is a perfect spot to sit and relax in. The room measures 10 m^2 and comes with a 90 cm wide bed, an integrated closet, a desk, and a vintage chair. If desired, the furniture mentioned can be included for an additional cost.

ABOUT THE FLAT:
If you would like to live in a home with a soul, this is it!
We share the kitchen and bathroom. There is no living room in the flat, but there is a lovely backyard with a communal grill, and good conversations happening around the kitchen table to make up for it. Kitchen utensils are shared, so you don't need to think about bringing plates and glasses. Dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer are also included. Electricity comes at an extra cost of around 200 - 400 kr monthly, depending on the season.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We're seeking an open-hearted and pleasant individual who will thrive in our collective. We’re looking for someone who values a calm and tidy home, where everyone respects each other’s space and routines. This isn’t a party flat, but rather a place to unwind, share good conversations, and have a laugh together after a long day.

LOCATION:
The flat is located in a calm area close to communal transport. Tram 13 and 15 stops at Solli and Niels Jules gate. Buss 21, you can take from Riddervolds plass. Maximum 20 minute walking distance to Nationaltheateret and Majorstuen.
Oslo's greatest green spaces, the Royal Park and Vigelands park are also within walking distance, perfect for when you need to touch some grass and clear your head.
REMA 1000, Kiwi and Meny nearby.
