Utfyllende informasjon

1 room in our apartment located on Osloveien 12A will be available to rent.
Osloveien is on Ila, we have close access to Skansen bus stop / train station and short distance to the centrum. In our amaizing neighborhood is a lot of hiking terrain which leads to Bymarka, Bakklandet, promenada and more. There is also few shops nearby.
Apartment is on 4. floor, has four cosy bedrooms, two bathrooms (one has washing machine) and shared kitchen with access to the staircase with exit to a big terrace. There is also a place for bicycles and passage to the street. Apartment is well equipped.
The room (ca 11 (kvm )) has beautiful view on Nidevla river. It will be available from may. Available from mid October/early November. Big windows are giving a lot of light in all rooms.
In the rest of rooms are living now Raihan (26) and Ali who works, and student Morten (22). We want to create a tidy and pleasant community, and therefore want tenants who are responsible, considerate of others and like to keep their surroundings clean (:
Monthly rent is 5500 kr (included internet) per person plus electricity. Depositum 12 500 kr.
