Central Studio in Frogner

Hei!

We´re renting out our central studio apartment in Frogner for short term rental from October/November - March/April (flexible dates).
The apartment is a 7 minute walk from Viegelandsparken, it takes about 20 minutes to walk into the city and tram 12+15 run right outside of the house. Supermarkets are around the corner and its a very quiet area.
All costs are included in the rent and we would prefer to keep all furniture inside the apartment (bed, coach, cabinets, table, fridge, kitchenware etc.), however, were open to other arrangements as well.

We`re looking for a reliable and clean person that takes good care of the place during our absence :)
