Furnished studio in Gamlebyen – close to Bjørvika

I’m renting out my studio apartment while I’m away, available from mid-October / 1 November 2026 until 1 April / 1 May 2027. I’m looking for one reliable tenant, ideally for the full period, although the exact dates can be somewhat flexible.

It’s a bright 20 m² studio with high ceilings, two large windows and plenty of natural light. The space is compact but thoughtfully laid out and works very well for one person. The apartment is available for single occupancy only.

It can be rented partly furnished, and we can agree on which furniture you would like to keep during your stay. The kitchen has a fridge, oven and dishwasher, and the bathroom has a washer-dryer.

The apartment is located in Gamlebyen, within walking distance of Bjørvika, Grønland and Oslo Central Station. The neighbourhood has a great mix of cafés, restaurants, parks and cultural venues, with tram and bus connections just a few minutes away.

The apartment is on the 4th floor, with windows facing the railway and a green shared courtyard.

Rent: NOK 16,000/month
Hot water, high-speed internet and electricity (up to NOK 800/month) are included.

No smoking, pets or parties.
