Campus Living Voll: Fully Equipped Room, Private Bathroom – New Tenant Needed (Official Lease)

I am looking for someone to take over my contract for a room in Campus Living Voll, Vegamot 1W, Trondheim. The room is approx. 12 m² and has a private bathroom (toilet, shower, sink, mirror, cabinet). The contract runs until 31.07.2026 (with possible extension). Since I am only staying for one semester, I need someone to take over my lease. The new contract will be signed directly with Campus Living Voll.

Location: Close to Moholt, with very good access to NTNU, located between Campus Gløshaugen and Dragvoll.

Flat: "Co-living Premium - Private Bathroom" - Shared apartment with 7 people in total. There is a large common living area and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher).

Furniture and equipment included:
- Bed with an unused mattress
- Blanket and pillow (optional, if wanted)
- Bedside table, desk lamp, and some plants
- A small carpet
- A desk, hangers, and other useful basics

Most of the furniture shown in the original photos will remain in the room. This means the room is practically fully equipped, so you do not need to buy anything special at the beginning.

Rent: 6,350 NOK per month
Utilities: 450 NOK/month (electricity and heating)
Internet, water, and waste fees are included.

- Reading room
- Cinema room
- Laundry room
- Volleyball court
- Outdoor areas and bike parking

Lease period:
- Start: 01.01.2026
- End: 31.07.2026 (extension possible)
