Ledig rom i kollektiv/available room in shared apartment

I am going abroad for a semester and therefore looking for a tenant for the period January-July. The apartment is located in Buran, Trondheim - a short distance from NTNU (all campuses) and the city centre. It is a shared flat consisting of five girls which are all currently studying at NTNU. We all speak both norwegian and english, so being an exchange student is no problem!

The apartment features a spacious kitchen layout equipped with a dishwasher, stovetop, oven, and a large fridge-freezer. There is ample storage space for all residents, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils available for tenants to use. The living room is generously sized and includes a large corner sofa, dining table, coffee table, and a TV setup.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, nightstand and wardrobe.

The bathroom is of a high standard and features underfloor heating, a shower, washing machine, dryer, built-in fixtures in the mirror, and plenty of space. Internet is included in the rent. Electricity costs are shared among the tenants.

- Excellent location on the fourth floor with great views and minimal visibility from outside
- Very good public transport and cycling connections
- Spacious feel with a ceiling height of 270 cm
- Central and popular area, close to most universities and colleges

- Only 100 meters to the nearest grocery store
- Affordable rent considering the location and standard
- Shared backyard with landscaped outdoor area and bicycle parking
- Two large fridge-freezers available for tenants to use.

Location:
The apartment is located in Lademoen, Trondheim—an attractive residential area close to the city center. It’s within walking distance of popular destinations such as Solsiden, Dronning Maud, NTNU, and BI Norwegian Business School, and just a short walk from Ladestien, known for its scenic walking trails.

In addition, public transport connections are excellent, with frequent bus departures right outside the building. The nearest grocery store is a Sunday-open Bunnpris, located approximately 100 meters from the apartment.
