Room in a Cosy House with Garden

Available from October or later but sate is flexible! Long and short term rental possible.

It is a spacious 2 storey house in a calm residential area, with 5 other housemates. There is a large garden with apple trees and patio area which is perfect for a morning coffee outside.

Room is at least 8m2, unsure of actual dimensions.
Single bed and wardrobe come with the room but can be moved out if you have your own, and desk can be purchased for cheap if you wish. There is a lot of storage space around the house/basement and space for your bike outside or car parking if you have one.

Location: Peaceful residential area, but with good bus/train connections to Oslo. There is a bus stop 3 mins walk and also a night bus to Lysaker. Coop extra is 2 min walk from the house.
Climbing gym, CrossFit/normal gyms, shopping centre and cute cafes also in walking distance.

Highlights: 5 min downhill cycle to the fjord, river walk close by as well as Fåbro gård - a cute cafe selling Oslo's best cinnamon buns is also just a few mins walk.

Housemates:
Tim - from the US, works remote, travels a lot, eenjoys climbing, cycling, cooking dinner together
Anna - from Germany, works in a school, loves knitting, baking, spending time outdoors
Amar - from Syria, works as a security guard so it often on night shift, but always up for a catch up when you meet in the kitchen
Endre - student from Bergen, studying Nordic literature at UiO, enjoys meeting up with friends when he is not reading for uni
One other new housemate will move in this month

We have had joint breakfasts, dinners, game a nights and movie nights - everyone just joins based on their own mood and plans. And otherwise we all respect everyone's need to have their own space and time to relax.
