Room in historic metal factory – Skuteviken, Bergen

In Skuteviken, just a few minutes' walk from the city centre, a room is available in a former metal factory. The building is now home to artists, architects and musicians and has a special, creative atmosphere – quiet but central.
The available room is located in the attic with exposed roof beams, which are perfect for building a loft bed. This allows the space below to be designed as a cosy living room. There is also an adjoining half-room that can be used as a study or storage space, for example. The room is furnished, but the existing furniture can be taken over or removed by arrangement.
The flat was renovated in early 2025, the kitchen is new, and there is a washing machine and dryer. The bathroom is simple but functional with a shower, toilet and large mirror.
Currently, a 25-year-old piano builder from Germany lives there and is looking for a flatmate. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
