Room for rent in cozy collective in central Oslo

Hi!

In September, a room will become available in our shared apartment in Oslo city centre. The room is 9m² and unfurnished.

We’re a cozy, international flatshare with a lot of humour and a relaxed atmosphere. Besides the spacious living room, the apartment has 4 rooms, and we’re in our late twenties/early thirties. We enjoy skiing, hiking, sauna trips, music, and the occasional dinner party. Everyone has a full-time job, and the flat is both social and easygoing.

The flat is in central Oslo with a view over Torggata. It’s south-facing, with plenty of light and sun all day. Shops, bars, and public transport are just around the corner. There’s a large living room with an open kitchen, plus dishwasher, washer and dryer. Internet, water, and electricity are included in the rent.

The contract is signed with the landlord Urban Eiendom over hybel.no.
Deposit: 25,500 kr
Rent: 8,000 kr + 500 kr electricity
Possible move-in from 7 September 2025.
