Room in flatshare!

We have a room in our 4-person collective in Gamlebyen/Galgeberg available immediately. We are Tim (27, from Germany), Bastien (33, from France) and Agustín (25, from Argentina), and I --Christopher-- am the one moving out and looking for someone to replace me.

Move in date 1st May but can also do earlier if desired.

The room has a decent-sized wardrobe built in, otherwise is unfurnished. The black-and-white drawers can be sold on; this can be negotiated.

We are looking for someone who wants a quiet and friendly flat-share who respects the necessity to keep the place clean and tidy, but who also contributes to the general good vibe of the flat. The PlayStation is often used, we sometimes make dinner together and enjoy a beer in the sun on the balcony or in the garden on the ground floor (første etasje).

The flat was refurbished in 2022 and has a nice balcony overlooking the newly redeveloped Klosterengaparken. The flat is three blocks from Harald Hårdrådes plass (37, 100, 110 buses; the 20, 34 & 54 buses are also close) and Grønland T-bane only takes 15 minutes to walk to (10 if you’re a quick walker!)

(The contract stipulates that the 18.000,- deposit is to be paid to the person whose room you are moving into, that is to say directly to me, with my share --what I paid to the person I replaced-- of the flat's deposit of 72.000 (18k x4) in a bank account through the company which owns the flat, Ekebergbygg AS.)

Viktig informasjon om strømavtale ved kontraktsinngåelse
Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
