Looking for a kind and respectful person to move into a cozy, freshly renovated half basement apartment surrounded by nature. If you’re someone who loves animals, values a peaceful home, and wants to feel truly at home – this might be the perfect spot for you.

🏡 About the Apartment:
• Location: Ammerud, Oslo – just 2 minutes from a lake and forest, perfect for hiking and skiing. A 10-minute walk to a swim-friendly lake, and about 15–20 minutes to shops and Ammerud + Grorud metro stations.
• Type: Bright, modern 3-room basement apartment in a detached house built in 2012.
• Entrance: Private entrance with your own terrace and a private section of the outbuilding (5 m²).
• Shared Spaces: Living room/kitchen, bathroom, outdoor storage.
• Extras: Underfloor heating, windows in all rooms (including bedrooms), washing machine/dryer, dishwasher.

🛏️ About the Room:
• Size: Approx. 16 m²
• Furnishings: Comes with a big bed and a large closet. (Other furniture like a table can be arranged if needed.) Freshly painted by previous tenant. (Pictures are from before painting, will update them asap)
• Light: Small window, but the room feels open and comfortable. Both bedrooms are far away from each other so privacy is guaranteed.

💰 Rent & Utilities:
• Rent: 8,500 NOK/month – water included.
• Electricity: Split between roommates based on usage.
• Internet: Not included.
• Deposit: 1 month’s rent.

🐾 Pets & Household:
• I already live here with my very friendly dog, Smala – she’s calm, cuddly, and wins everyone over.
• This house is owned by a sweet family upstairs – they have two teenage boys (they are very nice and calm), own three cats and a small dog. Besides that, the whole household is quiet and calm.

👤 About Me (your future roommate):

My name is Austė and I’m a 28-year-old from Lithuania, working in Oslo and learning Norwegian. I speak both English and little bit of Norwegian at home and i am generally friendly, relaxed, and respectful of others’ space. I like to cook, read, play video games, and spend time with friends – and I’m always happy to chat, but also totally fine with quiet evenings.

🫶 What I’m Looking For:
• Someone nice, respectful, clean in shared areas, and animal-friendly.
• Age, gender, job – none of that matters. What matters is that you treat this place like a home
• Friends visiting are totally okay – there’s even some extra space in the living room for that.
• Long term rent only.
