Oasis in the heart of Grunerløkka / Oase på beste Grunerløkka

From time to time I rent out two cosy rooms in a beautiful, large apartment located at lively Grunerløkka. The building is from 1887 with lots of character. The apartment has a bohemian touch with high ceilings up to 3 meters, brick walls and wooden floors and a large balcony surrounded by fruit trees. The whole building lies inside a large, lush backyard that has a park feel to it with lots of trees and bushes, flowers and even a water feature. Truly an oasis where the noice from the hustle and bustle of Markveien just disappears as you enter the gate.

Room 1: about 10 cubic meters furnished with a sofa bed (90x200), desk and chair, bookshelf, chest of drawers and a clothing rack. Large window with a view of an open and airy backyard. Rent: 10.000,- NOK a month

Room 2: about 18 cubic meters, furnished with a large bed (160x200), desk and chair, closet, chest of drawers with a large mirror over, and old chaiselong and a long bench beneath two large windows overlooking a cosy backyard with lots of trees. Rent: 12.000,- NOK a month

Pillows and duvets, duvet covers, sheets and towels are included with both rooms.
Also included in the rent:
Wifi, TV, Heating, Electricity, Toilet paper, soap for washing machine and dishwasher (and I also do the cleaning because of the dog:)

The apartment itself is large with three rooms, bathroom, extra wc room and an open kitchen and living room area. The common areas consist of a long hallway with room for shoes and jackets, a bathroom with toilet and sink, shower and a washing machine. There's also a small wc room at the end of the hallway. Then there's the living room and kitchen area with a large kitchen with a dining room table and chairs, and living room with a big couch and TV, book shelf and even a piano! There's also a fireplace to use in the winter. From the living room you can go out on the balcony to enjoy the sun in the afternoon and evening.

Grunerløkka is a very lively area with lots of vintage shops, cafes and bars surrounded by parks on every corner. The river Akers elva runs through with its many waterfalls and a trail that's runs along it, perfect setting for walks or runs.

Here you can stay in a safe environment and yet have the city close by.
1 min to Schous Plass from trams
2 min to Herslebs gate or Heimdalsgata for buses
10 min walk to Grand central station for trains

PS. I have a dog, a 10 month old labrador/corso mix☺️🐶

Fellesarealer: stor åpen stue med kjøkken med utgang til herlig balkong med masse sol på våren og sommeren. Lang gang med plass til sko og jakker. Fint bad med dusj, toalett og vaskemaskin.
Gammel bygårdsleilighet med sjarm! 3 m takhøyde! Frodig bakgård rundt hele bygget, en stor oase med frukttrær og blomster, fontene og flere sitteplasser. Midt på beste Grunerløkka med uteliv, butikker, Akerselva, Vulkan osv et steinkast unna.

Her bor man trygt og stille selv med byen så nære på.
1 min til Schous plass trikkestopp, 2 min til Heimdalsgata trikkestopp.
2 min til buss i Herslebs gate og Heimdalsgata.
Ca 10 minutter å gå til Oslo S
