Artsy and spacious apartment with penthouse view

Hello, and welcome to my artistic and unique home!
Im looking for a longterm tenant who wants to rent the second bedroom in my apartment for about a year plus/ minus, starting from this fall/ early winter. Im a free spirited person and put alot of thought into my apartment as a sanctuary, and would love to have a like minded person who cares for plants, mindfulness and my cat Fifi. Im also a traveler and work-nomad, and would like a person i can trust to take care of the apartment while Im gone. The apartment has a lot of colour, plants and soul with perhaps Oslo's most amazing view.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT AND AREA:
The apartment is 60sqm with a balcony and is located on the 11th floor at the diverse Haugerud, has 2 bedrooms and 8 large windows that give an insane penthouse view over the whole city (from Stovner to Ekeberg). All furniture, bed and appliances are included, the kitchen was renovated in 2018 with good and modern facilities, and theres 2 elevators in the building. My style is a mix of artistic, spiritual, bohemian, modern and DIY, as you can see in the photos.

Bedroom: 8 sqm with 2 south-facing windows towards the center of Oslo (evening sun), 2 doors and single bed.

The toilet and bathroom are separate, which gives more flexibility when there are more people living together.

Outside the door is the vast forest Østmarka where you can walk for hours and hours (or actually days) without an end. Lutvann lake is about a 15-20 minutes walk.

The local area has lots of nature, gardens and barbecue spots, with Haugerud center right by the subway (5 min walk) which has a grocery store (Extra), bar, sushi, pizza, fitness center and various other things. Sats is also available 10 minutes walk (Hellerud center).

The subway (line 2) is only a 5-minute walk which takes less than 20 minutes to Oslo S.

Parking is free on the street along Haugerudveien, you can also find paid parking or rental at a car park right by.
