The room will be available for occupancy on August 1st. Newly renovated wooden floor, open kitchen and corridor at the end of May 2023. The usable area is 90 square meters and equipped with a brand new smart TV. The TV was purchased in May 2024 and a parking space is also provided. You will share the house on the first floor with a 26-year-old Polish man. You will have your own refrigerator. The Polish man is often not at home. Even at home, he is very quiet and is an excellent roommate. The house is located in a quiet area, just a few minutes' walk from the nearest rema1000 supermarket. There are good bus routes nearby, and the bus station can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. It is only a few stops away from Kvadrat, IKEA, Forus, Sandness Center. There are several green areas in the area. The rent includes electricity and network fees. We are looking for single, clean, commuting male tenants. We ask you to respect others and keep the common areas clean and tidy. The minimum lease period is one year, no smoking, no pets, no parties.
