For rent in 80 sqm apartment | Close to Hellerud metro

I’m travelling and want to rent out my apartment until -April 2027 with the possibility of extension.

The apartment is about 80sqm, newly renovated and has 2 bedrooms, a big living room, balcony, kitchen and bathroom

The rental does not include the master bedroom because my things are still in it. You are renting bedroom number 2 and the rest of the apartment.

The apartment is fully furnished. Internet, warm water, and heating is included.

The rental contract can be terminated with a 2 months notice from both parties.

About me: Female, late 30’s, speak both Norsk and English.

NB: In the period between 1 June - 1 September, l’ll be in the apartment and will allow weekly or monthly rentals for those interested. From 1 September, l’ll not be in the apartment.
