Big room in the city center

Hi guys! 😊

We have a room available in our collective starting from 1.01.2026 for a long term.

The apartment is very central, close to St. Olav's Church and 10 minutes away from NationalTheatre and Oslo S. The Tinghuset tram stop is a 4-minute walk away.

The room is very bright, approximately 15m2 and on the third floor.

I'm moving abroad so the room is rented fully furnished for a fee of 5000kr for all the furnitures to pay to me, which included a 140cm bed, 2 wardrobes with mirror, lamps, table, chair, TV and a bookshelf like you see in the pictures.

The house has a dishwasher, washing machine, a large living room and a separate equipped kitchen.
We are preferably looking for someone between 23-35 years old, who is sociable and who also likes to spend time alone.

Currently living here are Joshua (the main tenant), Fannar and Andrea.

The monthly rent is 6500kr and a depositum guarantee of 3640kr is required. Electricity is excluded and the internet subscription costs 162 kr each every month.
