Rooms in an apartment in Nertrøa 33

Hei,

The apartment is located in Heimdal (Lundåsen), and is extremely well connected (5-7 minutes on foot) to the bus stop of buses 1 and 2, where you can reach the whole city.

Rental contract available from the 1st of August to the end of December, or for 1 year.

Prices:

Small rooms (numbers 1 and 2, see second picture in this announcement):
- 3900 NOK for a 1-year contract
- 4900 NOK until the end of December

Big room (number 3, see second picture in this announcement):
- Already rented for 1 year

Depositum:
- Will always be 3 times the rent
- For those with BankID: I accept the normal, legal Depositumkonto, Tryg and NAV depositum-garantuee
- For those without BankID / Personummer / D-Nummer: Must use Tryg, it is the only legally valid option, you will have to pay ONLY 14% of the requested deposit, but it is lost, it's a payment for the service

Parking:
- 1 car parking slot is available, 500 NOK extra per month

The apartment has a maximum of 3 bedrooms available, of the following sizes:

- Room 1 - 5 square meters
- Room 2 - Will be built when signing the rental contract, and will be approximately. 5 square meters or bigger
- Room 3 - It is today's living room, will be the result of building Room 2, and will be approximately 10 square meters

Internet and electricity are included in the rent (electric car charging is possible sporadically with an extra charge).
