Rooms in an Apartment in Nertrøa 33

Hei,

The apartment is located in Heimdal (Lundåsen), and is extremely well connected (5-7 minutes on foot) to the bus stop of buses 1 and 2, where you can reach the whole city.

Rental contract available from the 1st of January 2026 to the 1st of August 2026, or for 1 year, but will be considered a shorter rental period.

Rooms available:
- Room number 1 - can be rented furnished, currently furnished
- Room number 2 - can be rented furnished, currently furnished

Depositum:
- Will always be 3 times the rent
- For those with BankID: I accept the normal, legal Depositumkonto, Tryg and NAV depositum-garantuee
- For those without BankID / Personummer / D-Nummer: Must use Tryg, it is the only legally valid option, you will have to pay ONLY 14% of the requested deposit, but it is lost, it's a payment for the service

Parking:
- 1 car parking slot is available, 500 NOK extra per month

Internet and electricity are included in the rent (electric car charging is possible sporadically with an extra charge).
