Cozy room in girls collective

Room for rent in a girls collective in Grünerløkka.
The room comes unequipped although I will be selling the furniture for very cheap prices. There is space for 120 bed.
There is also a shared living room/kitchen, bathroom and laundry room with an extra toilet. There are 2 other nice, social and clean girls in their 20s living in the apartment. Sometimes we do things together but we also respect each others privacy times. We have a cleaning schedule so we all together make a clean and cozy home.

Below is information about the apartment in general:

Painted plain walls in all rooms except the bathroom. Parquet in the living room, bedroom and hallway. Brand new bathroom floor in the main bathroom with shower, tiles in the bathroom/laundry room. Kitchen: high-gloss cabinet doors, integrated appliances and beautiful tiles above the kitchen counter. Bathroom: shower niche with wall-mounted toilet. Laundry room: washing machine, and wall-mounted toilet.

Included in the rent is internet from Telia (Telia broadband 100 mbit, value 500kr) and water consumption (295kr per month)
In addition to rent, the tenant must pay electricity which is shared between all 3.

Parking:
Parking on the street according to current regulations, bicycle parking in the backyard.

Location:
The property has an attractive and central location in Grünerløkka in Oslo, with everything in the city center in close proximity. Short walking distance to Oslo city center, and to Grünerløkka's rich selection of cafes, nightclubs, parks, shops and fitness center. Tram stops (12, 15, 17, 18) and bus are right outside the front door. Immediate proximity to Akerselva with parks and walking paths.
