Erasmus/Exchange/Norwegian students at NTNU

SPRING SEMESTER 2026

Are you an exchange or Norwegian student at NTNU starting in January 2026?
Then you are welcome to stay with us!

You can rent from January 1st to around June 10th (dates are flexible).
The rent is 8,800 NOK per month, with a total of approximately 46,900 NOK (about €4,030) for the entire spring semester.

We offer 7 fully furnished rooms of different sizes in a charming house located in the city center of Trondheim.
Each room is rented to one student. All rooms are furnished to a high standard—similar to a hotel.
The rent is the same for all rooms, and room allocation is decided by lottery.

The guesthouse includes:

2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets

A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need

A laundry and drying room for residents

Electricity, hot water, and Wi-Fi are included in the rent, and there are no additional costs.

All rooms are equipped with bed linen, towels, shower gel, and more.
