Erasmus/Exchange/Norwegian students at NTNU

SPRING SEMESTER 2026.
Are you an an Exchange or Norwegian student at NTNU from january 2026?
Then you are welcome to stay with us.
You pay from 1. january to about10. june (flexible), 8.800.- NOK pr. month, in total 46.900 NOK or about 4.030 Euro for the whole spring semester.

We rent out 7 rooms of different size in the center city of Trondheim.
We have wery nice rooms available.
One student in each room. All rooms ar fully furnished like in a hotel.
same price for all rooms, given after lottery.

This is a guesthouse fully furnished with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The kitchen is complete with everything you need, and the house also has its own laundry and drying room.
We welcome you as a resident for half-year studies in Trondheim.
Electricity, wifi, hot water are included in the rent and there are no additional costs beyond this.
