Room available in legendary shared flat by Nidelva

Two rooms are getting available in our legendary and cosy house by the river, and we are looking for a new flatmate :)

Who we are: 

Pili (29) is a catalan girl in her late twenties working at NTNU as a PhD in health inequalities. She adores people and city life, likes to draw nudes, go to concerts and speak French with Thomas.

Thomas (28) is French, works at Trondheim kommune as a transport planner and tries his best to make it easier to bike in Trondheim. In his free time he likes to climb, ski, play guitar, and speak spanish with Pili.
Caro (24) is the sweetest Portuguese person, will revolutionize neuroscience when she is done with her master, is very artzy and enjoys creative activities, learns Hindi and speaks all the languages of the flat.

What we expect:

We are very open to meet new people, but would rather give the room to someone that is planning to stay in Trondheim for a while (at least one year or more). We would prefer to rent this room to a guy in order to have a balance in the flat, but its not a must and we will probably value chemistry more in the end 😊. You need to be used to live with other people, care about your flatmates and the house, be commited to cleaning duties, etc. We all have me-time at home and respect it, but we are definitely looking for someone that is willing to be a minimum social at home and show a bit of interest in spending some time together, like around a cup of coffee or eating dinner together. We are all working and would like to rent the room to someone that is in a similar life phase, but we are open to get a student in the flat if they match the general vibes. Its not common to throw parties in the flat and it should be agreed in advance, but it is quite casual to invite people over for dinner 😊

- Centrally located: short distance to Torget and central bus connections.

Hvis leiekontrakten opprettes og signeres via Hybel, og det er avtalt at leietaker skal tegne egen strømavtale, er det et krav at avtalen bestilles fra en av våre kommersielle samarbeidspartnere i forbindelse med signering av leiekontrakten. Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
