A room in a house with a fantastic view and own gard in a cozy collective of 4 people, good public transport connection

Room Available in Cozy, Green Shared House from August 1st

Hi there!

We have a room becoming available in our shared house from August 1st. The room comes with a bed, a wardrobe and some cupboards, but you’ll need to bring your desk, and chair.

The rent is 7,000 NOK per month, excluding electricity.

The location is super convenient – it’s just a 3-minute walk to the subway, which takes you to central Oslo in under 20 minutes, or to Majorstuen in about 8 minutes. There’s also a bus to Lysaker close by, and the ride takes around 10 minutes.

We’re located in a quiet, green neighborhood, with beautiful nature just around the corner. There’s a lovely valley nearby, perfect for walks or bike rides – you can reach Røa by bike in about 10 minutes, and Bogstadvannet in around 20 minutes.

Our shared home includes:

a modern kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, and freezer

a spacious living room with dining table, sofa corner, fireplace, and access to the terrace and vegetable garden

4 bedrooms upstairs, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with shower and two sinks

washing machine and dryer in the basement

We ask that there are no pets, no smoking indoors, and no loud parties – we appreciate a peaceful and respectful atmosphere at home.

You’ll be living with Jonathan, Iduun, and Joanna – all in our 30s, open-minded, active, and relaxed people. During the week, we work, and on the weekends we enjoy our hobbies, spend time with friends, travel, or relax (sometimes with a sauna session or cooking together!).

We’re looking for a new flatmate (female or male) in their late 20s to 30s who shares a similar lifestyle.

Dette gjøres for å sikre at leietaker har en strømavtale ved innflytting. Avtalen har ingen bindingstid, og leietaker står fritt til å bytte til en annen strømleverandør etter at kontrakten har startet.
